What are the payment options?

We offer online payment by card and bank transfer. Cash on delivery is not available. You will see the exact payment options when completing your order.
What are the transportation options and how much does it cost?

We offer delivery via GLS to the address and to distribution points within the Czech Republic.

Transport in the Czech Republic

  • To the address: 99 CZK
  • At the dispensing point: 69 CZK
  • Free shipping on orders over 2500 CZK

Transport to Slovakia

  • Orders over €100: €3
  • Orders up to €100: €7
  • We only deliver to the address

Shipping to other countries

  • Fixed price €15
  • We only deliver to the address

How can I track my order?

Once we ship your order, you will receive an email with a tracking number and tracking link. If you do not receive the email, please check your spam folder or contact us at info@arevali.cz .
How long does it take to deliver an order?

Delivery time depends on the chosen shipping method and whether the shipment is only within the Czech Republic or abroad. Delivery usually takes 2-5 business days.
Can I change or cancel my order after it has been shipped?

If the order has not yet been shipped, we can modify or cancel it. Please contact us as soon as possible at info@arevali.cz . Once the order has been shipped, changes are no longer possible.
What should I do if I received a damaged or faulty product?

If you have received a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us at info@arevali.cz . Send a photo of the damage and your order number so we can resolve the situation quickly.
How can I return the goods?

You can return the product within 30 days of delivery, as long as it is unopened. As these are dietary supplements, we cannot accept returns of products that have already been used. For more information, see Returns and Complaints .
Do you offer discounts or a loyalty program?

We offer volume discounts and great packages. Subscribe to our newsletter, where we share news, interesting information and occasionally special offers.
