Once we ship your order, you will receive an email with a tracking number and tracking link. If you do not receive the email, please check your spam folder or contact us at info@arevali.cz .
Delivery time depends on the chosen shipping method and whether the shipment is only within the Czech Republic or abroad. Delivery usually takes 2-5 business days.
If the order has not yet been shipped, we can modify or cancel it. Please contact us as soon as possible at info@arevali.cz . Once the order has been shipped, changes are no longer possible.
If you have received a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us at info@arevali.cz . Send a photo of the damage and your order number so we can resolve the situation quickly.
You can return the product within 30 days of delivery, as long as it is unopened. As these are dietary supplements, we cannot accept returns of products that have already been used. For more information, see Returns and Complaints .
