Gabriela Tuatti is a phytotherapist and naturotherapist dedicated to women's health and hormonal balance. Her own experience with severe endometriosis led her on a journey to find natural solutions to her illness. Doctors predicted that she would be childless, but as she says:

"Even if it seems like you're at rock bottom, it could be the beginning of a new journey."

She changed her lifestyle, her diet, her mindset, her relationship with herself. "I started eating, living and thinking really healthy," Gabriela Tuatti describes her journey from a disease she was told was incurable. She immersed herself in the study of herbs, dedicated herself to finding natural alternatives to hormone replacement therapy... Today, Gabriela is the mother of two naturally conceived sons and has helped other children into the world as a guide for women who also deal with womb diseases and difficulties with conception.

Last but not least, Gabriela Tuatti is a pioneer in the interdisciplinary collaboration of naturopathy and modern Western medicine and is also the author of the Arevali dietary supplement recipes.

First product

In 2024, Gabriela Tuatti developed the natural dietary supplement NaturEndo to harmonize women's health with the help of talaromycin and phytoprogesterone.

"NaturEndo is not just a product, it is the essence of my journey from pain to healing. This preparation was created by combining scientific knowledge, natural principles, and my own experience. I wanted to create something that really helps the body restore its natural processes, not only in women with hormonal problems, but also in those who are looking for prevention and long-term support," describes Gabriela Tuatti, and reviews from women who use NaturEndo indicate that her intention is succeeding.

Gabriela Tuatti's life journey

Gabriela Tuatti learned that she had endometriosis at the age of 23. At that time, this disease, whose name she initially had difficulty pronouncing, brought her to a critical state.

"From the beginning, I had extremely painful menstruation," she described in an interview for Kalíšek.cz . "I survived only on very strong analgesics, which also disabled me. So I was unable to go to school, later to work. More than once I was taken from school and work by ambulance because I fainted from the pain. My back, lower back and later my tailbone hurt a lot. Sometimes I had blood in my stool. And eventually, pain and light bleeding after intercourse joined. That was just before endometriosis laid me down."

Maternity

After a demanding emergency operation, doctors did not give her much chance of a full life, let alone having children. However, Gabriela did not give up. Despite the diagnoses and prognoses, she began to look for her own path to health and understanding her body. She became interested in naturotherapy, phytotherapy, and tried to gain a deeper understanding of the female body. The result was not only an improvement in Gabriela's health, but also pregnancy seven years after being diagnosed with endometriosis. Today, she is a mother of two.

Gabriela Tuatti's personal experience with endometriosis has taught her, among other things, how important it is to have a good relationship with her femininity. She sometimes says that endometriosis is what made her a woman:

"I hid my sensitivity, vulnerability and fragility behind a rough and expressive behavior. I used to be more of a boy in a girl's body. Great emphasis on performance, minimal self-worth and self-confidence... I have definitely softened, I am kind and merciful to myself, I know where my boundaries are and where my capacities are."

In her practice, she combines a holistic approach with elements of Western medicine, works closely with doctors, and works to build a safe space for women who can choose either the Western medicine path or the naturopathy path, or both.
