Return of goods

If for any reason you have changed your mind about your purchase, you can return the goods within 30 days of delivery . The following conditions apply to returns:

  • The goods must be unopened, unused and in their original packaging.
  • To return the goods, please enclose the completed Withdrawal from the Purchase Contract Form, which can be found below.
  • Send the goods to the following address: AREVALI, Arpine Sardaryan, Pernerova 168, 530 02 Pardubice.
  • The customer pays for the return postage. Unfortunately, we cannot accept COD shipments.

Once we receive the goods back and everything is in order, we will refund your money to the account you provide in the Withdrawal Form, no later than within 14 days.

Complaint

If you receive damaged goods or something that does not match your order, please let us know as soon as possible. Complaints only apply to defects in goods that have not been caused by improper use.

For a quick complaint resolution, please send us an email with a photo of the goods and proof of purchase. Once we receive the complaint, we will process it as soon as possible. We will inform you about the next steps - it may be an exchange of goods or a refund in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act.
