How to use

Recommended dosage:

2 capsules daily – 1 in the morning and 1 in the evening, ideally 30 minutes before meals.

The recommended period of use is at least 3 months.

    I have been struggling with vaginal mycosis (yeast infection) for many years. It would come back cyclically once or twice a month for several years. I was desperate, I tried everything, from antifungals you could buy at the pharmacy, through various probiotics, to home remedies like baths in vinegar water, or inserting tampons with plain yogurt.
