Talaromycin očima rodinné tradice - rozhovor s Arpi Sardaryan

Talaromycin through the eyes of family tradition - an interview with Arpi Sardaryan

How would you introduce yourself to us?

First of all, I am the granddaughter of the discoverer of Talaromycin and the daughter of his successor. Ever since I was little, I dreamed of becoming a doctor and helping people. I didn't become a doctor, but the desire to help others has been with me to this day. At Arevalo, I am in charge of production processes, formula tuning, and the innovative technologies related to them. I am also recently starting to manage social networks - it is a new area for me, so it will take me a while to fully get into it.

What actually brought you to your grandfather's project?

That's a crucial question. It's strange how life sometimes takes us in completely different directions, even when
It's actually been decided a long time ago. Until I was thirty, I was looking for my place – I tried
different paths, but the real mission was waiting for me elsewhere for a long time. I never doubted the effectiveness of Talaromycin. My dad sometimes told me incredible stories about its results, but it was never just “narration” – it was always facts backed by evidence. Paradoxically, I myself was the “blacksmith whose mare walks barefoot”. In 2021, I fell ill with mononucleosis and that's when I thought it was time to try Talaromycin on myself. After just a month and a half – and without any liver diets – I was back to normal thanks to it. That was a turning point for me. Since then, I have joined my dad and am helping him spread his work further – so that people looking for relief from health problems can find their way just like I did.

What is the history of Talaromycin and its story?

My personal view of Talaromycin is actually derived from the perception of the world through the place where I come from. Armenia became the first country in the world to recognize Christianity as an official religion, so my nation has been very long and strongly influenced by faith. And that is actually how I view Talaromycin, as a divine gift, and the symbolism of the place of discovery, the foothills of the biblical Mount Ararat, only enhances that view.

My grandfather, Eduard Sardaryan, was a microbiologist. In the 1970s, he discovered a strain of microscopic filamentous fungus that produced a red substance (today's Talaromycin). At that time, he had no idea that this discovery would become not only the center of his scientific work, but also the meaning of his life. He began to study the substance, describe its capabilities and properties, and thanks to this he received his doctorate.

In the 1980s, he received a state grant to produce the final fabric. But fate intervened. In 1988
Armenia was hit by a devastating earthquake, one of the worst in its history. Shortly afterwards
followed by a conflict with Azerbaijan over the Nagorno-Karabakh region. These events had
enormous social and economic impacts and led my family to decide to leave
Armenia and start a new chapter of life in what was then Czechoslovakia.
It was here, in the following years, that studies and research continued, confirming
beneficial effects of Talaromycin on the human body.

Are there any substantiated studies or materials regarding the effects of Talaromycin?

I have to admit, my dad was never afraid of it. In 2009, when he launched his first nutritional supplement, he jumped straight into one of the most challenging fields – oncology.

In 2009–2010, a study was conducted at the Gynecology and Obstetrics Clinic of the University Hospital Pilsen. A total of 120 patients with malignant tumors of the vagina, cervix and uterine corpus, ovaries and fallopian tubes were involved in the research, at various stages of treatment - both in remission and during ongoing oncological therapy. More than 90% of patients praised the product. They most often reported an improvement in the immune response to viral diseases and an overall feeling of well-being.

Another study was conducted at the Gynecology and Obstetrics Department in Přerov. This time the sample of patients was smaller, but all of them were undergoing classic oncology treatment. Here too, women mentioned the reduction of adverse effects of chemotherapy, especially in the gastrointestinal tract – especially nausea – and also in relation to neurological problems, such as a feeling of heavy legs, tingling in the lower extremities or burning skin. The result of both studies was the recommendation of the product for oncology patients. It was shown that it helps improve overall condition, makes it easier to tolerate oncology therapy and contributes to a higher quality of life.

I would also like to mention a study that was conducted at the National Cancer Center
VA Fanardzhyan of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Armenia. This study involved 115 patients at various stages of oncological diseases who were undergoing chemotherapy and radiotherapy with various diagnoses – from cervical cancer in the 3rd stage of development to breast, lung, colon and rectal cancer. The results were very positive. In no case was it necessary to interrupt the treatment. The tolerability of radiotherapy improved and no serious side effects were recorded, such as vomiting, severe nausea, post-radiation cystitis (bladder inflammation resulting from irradiation in the pelvic area) or post-radiation proctitis (inflammation of the rectum caused by radiotherapy). Moreover, the effects of the combined treatment were manifested very quickly – after just three weeks.

So what is the main mechanism of action of Talaromycin in the human body?

In this question, I base my decision on all the studies that have been conducted so far throughout the existence of this bioactive substance.

At the beginning, it is important to say that Talaromycin is a substance with significant immunoregulatory capabilities. An immunoregulant is a substance that can influence the activity of the immune system in such a way that its balance is maintained or restored. In this context, the term immunoregulatory index is used, which is an indicator expressing the balance between individual components of the immune system, specifically between helper T-lymphocytes (CD4+) and cytotoxic T-lymphocytes (CD8+). Talaromycin can therefore strengthen weakened immunity, for example, in the case of frequent infections, but at the same time it can suppress excessive immune reactions, which is important, for example, in autoimmune diseases or allergies. Thanks to this, it helps to adjust the immune balance and harmonizes the ratio of various immune cells.

In the case of cancer, Talaromycin has been shown to inhibit cancer cells – that is, to stop their growth, multiplication or survival – while normalizing the process of apoptosis, which is natural programmed cell death. Cancer cells often evade this process, and its restoration is one of the key mechanisms for preventing and supporting the treatment of cancer.

Talaromycin is also a very strong antioxidant. This means that it protects cells from damage caused by free radicals, which are unstable molecules produced by the
for example, during metabolism, exposure to UV radiation, environmental pollution or stress.
Free radicals are one of the main causes of oxidative stress, which is associated with aging, inflammation, cancer, cardiovascular and neurodegenerative diseases. This suggests that Talaromycin has significant protective effects on cells and contributes to overall body protection.

Is there a case that has gotten under your skin?

Now this may sound like a cliché, but they really are all stories. From small
changes such as increased energy and overall vitality, to cases of patients with complex, sometimes fatal diagnoses.

Our philosophy is a little different. I try to be in constant contact with both the therapists and doctors we work with, and directly with our clients. Experts immediately return to us with practical experience, new knowledge and suggestions on how to improve products or procedures. I often talk to clients in person – we call each other, assess their current condition together, adjust the dosage or look for suitable combinations of products.

What always makes me extremely happy is the moment when a client contacts me of their own accord after a check-up with the doctor and shares with me that their condition is improving. At that moment, I feel that we are in
together. That even in the most difficult times, people feel the need to share their feelings and results with me. And that is the greatest reward for me and the reason why I feel like
continue what we are doing.

How are you and Talaromycin today?

What has developed between us is actually a regular relationship and I will not let it go. Since 2021, I have been regularly using the current form of ArevPure in combination with our ArevProbio probiotics, and thanks to this synergy, I almost never get sick. And when something does overwhelm me, it lasts a maximum of two days and is usually very mild.

What would you like for the Arevali project?

I wish the Arevali project challenges that will constantly push it forward and inspire it to grow. I wish it a circle of people who are united by the same motivation, passion and philosophy – the desire to do things a little differently, with a deeper meaning. And I also wish it to become a reliable partner for all who decide to embark on the journey of discovering their own health and finding relief.
